returns & exchanges

All sales on CHERRY TATTOO are final. If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to email. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

If you purchased a CHERRY TATTOO piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

reshipment policy

If you received a damaged piece, you can request a reshipment within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. The piece must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.It must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

To submit a request for a reshipment, please send an email to CHERRYTATTOOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM with a full description, photos of the damaged piece, and proof-of-purchase.
